Online Homeschool Option

Class Times
Mondays from 4:45 pm - 6:00 pm: Grades 1-6
Mondays from 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm: Grades 1, 2, 3, 7, 8
Tuition
One Child - $150
Two Children - $225
Three or More Children - $250
Out of Parish Fee - $50 per family
$50 early registration discount before July 1, 2024.
$50 late registration fee effective September 1, 2024.
Sacramental Fees
First Communion Fee - $35 (2nd Grade)
Year 1 Confirmation Fee - $30 (7th Grade)
Year 2 Confirmation Fee - $50 (8th Grade)
Eligibility Requirements
All students enrolled in Faith Formation at Sacred Heart Catholic Church must be registered members of the parish, or provide a letter from their pastor granting permission for them to be enrolled in Faith Formation at Sacred Heart. Priority is given to Sacred Heart parishioners.
Families registered with nearby parishes may register after August 15, provided space is available.
Baptism & Birth Certificates
When a student is enrolled in Faith Formation at Sacred Heart for the first time, a copy of their Baptism Certificate and their Birth Certificate must be provided to be kept in their records, unless they were baptized at Sacred Heart. These copies will suffice for the reception of First Penance, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation. The address of the church of baptism must also be provided, if not printed on the certificate. Certificates are due at least one week prior to the first day of class.
Transfer Students
Students who transfer from another parish faith formation program must provide record of their last grade completed, attendance, grades (if applicable), and any Sacraments received. These records should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than one week prior to the first day of class. Students without the necessesary records may be required to take a placement test prior to being assigned to a class.
Faith Formation Handbook
Acknowledgement of receipt and agreement to abide by the policies and proceedures set forth in the Sacred Heart Faith Formation Handbook is required by all families enrolled in Faith Formation. A copy of this year's handbook may be downloaded at
sacredheartmanassas.org/faith-formation.
Payment
Payment must be made by credit or debit card at the end of this form. All cards are processed using Stripe's online payment processing system. If you are unable to pay by credit or debit card, please contact Nicole Filipowski, Director of Faith Formation, at 703-590-0256 or nfilipowski@shcva.org. Registration is not complete without payment.
