IMPORTANT: ONLY RESERVE A GUEST PASS IF THERE WILL BE MORE THAN 3 PEOPLE TOTAL IN YOUR BOOTH. Any persons over that number in your booth, can choose to pay for a Guest Pass for $250 per person, subject to approval by IFAM.

2024 Artist and other participant shuttle request

IMPORTANT: Airport shuttles operate by Groome Transportation and only run to and from Albuquerque Airport. Your shuttle reservation is based on your flight time, Groome does not accomodate requests for times outside of the schedule (see below). Groome calculates your pick up time based on how long it takes to travel from the pick up location (which is approximately an hour away) and how long it may take to get through airport security.

IFAM will make separate arrangements for flights in and out of the Santa Fe Airport.

All shuttles to and from Albuquerque are done by Groome Shuttle Company. Groome will be enforcing new luggage restrictions this year, please review the information below carefully: "EACH TRAVELER IS RESTRICTED TO TWO STANDARD SUITCASES AND ONE PERSONAL ITEM. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH MORE THAN TWO PIECES OF LUGGAGE PER PERSON, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONSIDFER RESERVING AN ADDITIONAL SEAT.
