IMPORTANT: Complete this form to the best of your ability to reserve your hotel room and submit your request no later than June 1, 2024.

THE SAGE HOTEL is the centralized location for artist registration on July 8 and 9, and twice daily transportation for the COYOTE SOUTH IFAM has secured a block of rooms through THE SAGE HOTEL, and a limited block of rooms for COYOTE SOUTH on a first-come, first-served basis. After the June 1, 2024 deadline to submit this form, rooms will be released to the general public and cannot be guaranteed to IFAM anymore. We will do our best to accommodate your special requests.
NOTE: All lodging at THE SAGE HOTEL, and COYOTE SOUTH will be direct billed to IFAM. IFAM
will deduct your lodging billing from your sales from your final reconciliation statement and review with you at your Reconciliation & Payout appointment.

Individuals are assigned to and billed for ONE KING BED when there is no longer availability of TWO QUEEN BEDS per room.

If you prefer to prepay your lodging by credit card directly to THE SAGE HOTEL or COYOTE SOUTH
SANTA FE you still need to complete a 2024 Lodging Information Form, then notify: rachael@folkartmarket.org to request a release of the room in your name. IFAM will notify THE SAGE HOTEL MANAGEMENT to acquire credit card information from you and to book your room independently of IFAM.

ROOM PRICE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THE SAGE HOTEL: I UNDERSTAND THAT INTERNATIONAL FOLK ART MARKET PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE A SPECIAL ROOM RATE OF $134.00 PER NIGHT, PLUS TAXES IN EFFECT DURING LODGING DATES (APPROXIMATELY 15.3% = GROSS RECEIPTS TAX + LODGER’S TAX) FOR SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY PLUS TAX. THIS DISCOUNTED RATE IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE NIGHTS OF MONDAY JULY 8, 2024 THROUGH WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 2024 (CHECK OUT BY 11 AM, WEDNESDAY JULY 17, 2024). STAYS EXTENDING BEFORE OR AFTER THE GROUP DISCOUNT ARE AVAILABLE AND WILL BE BILLED AT PREVAILING RATES. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE TO IFAM NO LATER THAN JUNE 1, 2024 AND CANNOT BE CHANGED OR EXTENDED THROUGH IFAM AFTER JUNE 17, 2024. IFAM WILL BILL THE FULL STAY PLUS TAX TO THE PARTICIPANT, TO BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FINAL RECONCILIATION STATEMENT AT YOUR PAYOUT APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATIONS BEYOND YOUR CONTROL WILL BE ACCOMODATED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS BUT CANNOT BE REFUNDED IF MADE LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL.
