The due date for this PTK form was April 27, the last day of finals week. The form to borrow PTK stole or tassel has closed since commencement is next week. You may still come to the PTK table in the Midway room May 6, where you will be lining up. IF there are any extra stoles and/or tassels after everyone who completed the form has picked up theirs AND they can verify that you are a PTK member because it is designated as such in the graduation booklet, you can sign a paper form and borrow the item that night. But please be aware if you borrow a stole/tassel and do not return it before leaving the Civic Center, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of a new one plus shipping ($46).
