Practice schedule for Family Skate is as follows:
Tuesday, March 15th from 6:30-7:00 pm
Tuesday, March 22nd from 6:30-7:00 pm
Tuesday, March 29th from 6:30-7:00 pm
Tuesday, April 5th from 6:30-7:00 pm
MUST ATTEND MINIMUM 2 PRACTICES TO PERFORM IN SHOW. PRACTICE DATES AND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

MAXIMUM NUMBER RULE:
Skater may participate in a maximum 3 ice show numbers including Opening Number, Small Group Number(s) and Solo (if qualified).
Skater may opt for any combination of performances (if qualified) until they reach this maximum.
First time show skaters are encouraged to limit their participation to a maximum 2 ice show numbers.
OPENING NUMBER:
To participate in the Opening Number ("Party in the USA"), a skater must be registered to participate in a Small Group Number or have been selected to perform a Solo. There is no additional "number fee" to participate in the Opening Number. Skaters are responsible for providing their own costume following a theme of USA/red, white and blue! Flags will be provided. Skaters will be billed for practice ice time and coaching.
SMALL GROUP NUMBERS:
Small group numbers are designed to offer group performance opportunities for a variety of skillsets. If you find that your skater does not fall within any of the offerings (see below), please contact iceshows@stpaulfsc.com to find a solution.
SOLOS:
Solos are given based on a set of criteria. You may use this form to sign up for a solo if your skater meets one or more of the following qualifications.
NOTE: National Champions receive solo at no additional cost.
1. Minnesota State Champion
2. US Figure Skating Qualifying Series Medalist
3. US National Championships Competitor
4. US National Development Camp Qualifier
5. National Scholastic Honors Team Member
6. Skater assigned to compete as a representative for their country at an ISU event
7. USFS Gold Freestyle Test Achiever (between April 17, 2021 and March 4, 2022)
8. Current High School Senior (graduating spring 2022).
9. Youngest axel (check with primary coach to confirm that you qualify for this)
10. Youngest double axel (check with primary coach to confirm that you qualify for this)
Note: Skater may qualify for a solo in two disciplines
Note: National Champions receive solo at no additional cost
FEES:
All Small Group Numbers and Solos include "number fee" only. Skaters are responsible for paying for ice time for practices (held on regular freestyle sessions), coaching fees and costume. Each skater registered will receive a video recording of one show performance.
NOTE: Each sign up endures a one-time $15 media fee.
