Internal Coach Information

All AmeriCorps programs require a Site Supervisor (called an “Internal Coach” for Early Learning Corps). This is typically a staff member of the service site or district/agency, and cannot be another AmeriCorps member. If you do not know who that is at this moment, please select “designate at a later time” and a staff member will work with you to identify this person. Otherwise, select "Enter Internal Coach Info" and please fill in the information below.

A Professional Corps member is a current employee (classroom teacher, para or aide) of the service site where they serve. Site Agreement Information

All Ampact site partners must sign a site agreement outlining the partnership between the site and the program. Our site agreement requires the signature of someone who is authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of your site or district/agency.

Site Fee Information

For California school partners: This site application is not a binding contract, but rather an interest form. While federal AmeriCorps funding will cover much of the costs associated with each member, school districts are asked to pay a per member fee to serve as a match to the federal dollars. Scholarships may be available for school districts who cannot afford the member fee(s). Administration in each partner district is aware of the site fees for the 2024-25 school year. Upon receipt of your tutor request, our team will work with your district leadership to finalize 2024-25 tutor awards. You will be notified via email of your school site's final tutor award.
Please note: the question below is for informational purposes only and will not be used in the decision-making process to award sites.

There is a site fee of up to $10,000 per member for Early Learning Corps in New York. While federal AmeriCorps funding covers 2/3 of the costs associated with each member, Early Learning Corps must raise additional funds to cover the remaining 1/3. This fee is necessary to cover a portion of those remaining costs.

If a site fee is a barrier to participation in the program, please email sites@ampact.us to inquire about potential options for assistance.
