As an Early Learning Tutor, you'll spend your days helping kids ages 3-5 to talk, read, write, sing, and play in order to develop early literacy and math skills. Working closely with a teacher in a classroom, you'll enhance daily activities nad help our youngest learers build both skills and confidence.

AmeriCorps Eligibility

Early Learning Corps is a national service program
with AmeriCorps. Please respond to the questions below to confirm
you meet the minimum qualifications to serve with AmeriCorps.

Will you be 17 years of age or older by the start of your service?
To meet eligibility requirements to serve in Early Learning Corps, you must be at least 17 years of age. If offered a position, you will be required to provide proof of age. 17 year olds must have guardian permission. *
Which of these reflects your status in the United States?
To meet eligibility requirements to serve in AmeriCorps programs, such as Early Learning Corps, you must be either a citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident alien of the United States. If offered a position to serve, you will be required to provide proof of this status. *
Will you have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent by the start date?
To meet eligibility requirements to serve in AmeriCorps programs, such as Early Learning Corps, you must have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent. *
