"Each Vendor is requested to provide one door prize. The company name will be announced when the door prize is distributed.

Vendors who provide a door prize valued at $500.00 or more will have their company logo placed on the conference app that each attendee will utilize. The logo will be allow direct access to the vendors website. This feature will replace the advertising that was offered in the print magazine of past conferences. If you have any questions please send an email to vgarcia@itoa.org.

Vendors who provide a door prize, pay for tables and/or donate goods, valued at $1,000 or more entitles the vendor to a stand-alone social media post via Facebook and Instagram with the ITOA logo superimposed in a corner of the advertisement, see above for formatting requirements. Vendors will also have a Company Logo placed on the Conference App with a link to their corresponding website that our members will utilize. Please provide an appropriate advertisement for our social media manager at vgarcia@itoa.org. ITOA reserves the right to deny the advertisement provided. ITOA will work with the vendor to produce an appropriate advertisement."
