A Note About the Balloon Program:
The purpose of the Regional Balloon Program is to further promote the RE/MAX brand throughout Indiana, and to ensure that the balloon is being seen by as many eyes as possible. We ask that you keep this in mind when scheduling events and THINK BIGGER! Open houses, office events and client appreciation events don't attract as many potential buyers and sellers as larger community events, festivals and parades.
Flight Approval:
All event requests are reviewed on a first-come first-served basis and are considered based on a number of criteria including (but not limited to): event date, event size and availability of crew/equipment.
Flyover/Tether Hours of Operation:
Sunset flyovers and tethers are only scheduled in the 2 hours before sunset.
Sunrise flyovers and tethers are only scheduled in the 2 hours after sunrise.
If your event does not fit into those time periods, you will need to book another type of balloon.
Don't forget about the RE/MAX Balloon Parade Unit!
The RE/MAX Parade Unit will feature (weather and parade committee permitting) a pilot in the balloon basket lighting the burners. This is quite a sight for parade goers!
Note: RE/MAX offices will be responsible for paying the parade entry fee. Walking unit is not able to ride on the trailer due to liability reasons.
