Exhibitor Registration Includes:
(1) 8 x 10 Booth
(1) 6 ft Draped Table
(2) Chairs - Additional chairs provided at exhibitors expense
(1) Waste Basket
(1) Identification Sign (Installed and removed for you)
(2) Exhibitor Name Badges**
** Exhibitor Booth & Name Badges - Each individual booth shall consist of one company and can not be shared with another exhibitor/company. A second booth must be purchased for the secondary company. Badges are individually printed with your name and company. Swapping of badges is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED. Badges must be worn at all times. ANY AND ALL changes to name badges WILL NOT be accepted after November 8, 2024. A maximum of two (2) Additional Badges per booth may be purchased for an additional charge of $275.
REFUNDS: Written notice of cancellation must be emailed to vendors@porac.org and received no later than September 30, 2024, to receive a refund – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please note, outside alcohol or food/beverage of any kind is prohibited in the Vendor Exhibit Area.
If you wish to serve any type of food or beverage at your booth, you MUST contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.
