Each convention delegate or member must submit a separate registration form.

You may register online if you plan to pay by credit card or PayPal, or if you choose to mail in a check to LWVMI (4th option at the end of the form). You can also print the form, fill it out, and mail it in with your check.

This form must be completed in one session or you will need to start over. Contact the state office if you have questions or problems (517) 484-5383.

THIS IS AN IN-PERSON CONVENTION at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center in East Lansing, Michigan. Some convention items will be available on our website, but others, including items that delegates are voting on, will be emailed prior to the convention.

Deadline for registrations: Must be received by April 30, 2023 to allow us time to make final convention room and menu arrangements and to email you pre-convention materials.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS. Reserve your room on your own by calling the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center at 517-432-4000 (all room bookings must be made by phone). Use the code 2305 LEAGUE when making your reservation so you get the group rate. Hotel rooms will only be held for our group through April 19, 2023, so don't delay!

CENSORSHIP, INCLUDING AVOIDANCE OF BLACK HISTORY. Libraries and school boards are facing the challenge of censorship based on the viewpoints of some in power.

Dine-Around: Lansing Area LWV members will escort groups to area restaurants starting at 5:30. Dinner cost paid by you. Great way to make new LWV friends! Note: first plenary starts at 8:00 pm

Registration fee includes 3 meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast.

SATURDAY DINNER INFORMATION

The Saturday dinner will be a "strolling" dinner buffet featuring several entrees and side dishes. There will be vegetarian and vegan options. If you have special dietary needs and are concerned about the dinner choices, please call the LWVMI office at 517-484-5383.
