Dear Artisans, Crafters, and Business Owners,
The Legend High School Band Boosters would like to invite you to participate in our Annual Holiday Art & Craft Fair on November 10, 2018.
Artists and Crafters: All items must be made by the vendor; no resale or imported items will be allowed. This stipulation especially applies to our jewelry participants – the jewelry you sell MUST be made by you, not purchased elsewhere. All embellished items must be at least 75% your own work. Please note this is a school fundraiser, so we are unable to accept vendors who sell alcohol-related products, weapons, including stylized knives, and any other items we deem inappropriate for an audience of students.
We reserve the right to ask crafters to leave, without a refund, if items do not meet the specified conditions. If you have questions about whether or not your items will meet our requirements, please e-mail 2-3 good quality photos of a representative sample of your items with descriptions to legendartcraftfair@gmail.com.
Business Owners/Company Representatives: This event can be a great way to make direct contact with your targeted customer base. You will be able to speak directly with patrons and hand out materials. Please remember that this event is at our school, so all businesses and materials must be “family-friendly” as defined solely at the discretion of school management. If you have any question about whether or not your items will meet our requirements, please e-mail 2-3 good quality photos of a representative sample of your items with descriptions to legendartcraftfair@gmail.com. We prefer to have only one representative per company. If you register and we already have a rep for the same company you will be notified and your payment refunded. We highly recommend you check with us first to save time and effort.
Sales Tax:
Each vendor is required to collect Town of Parker and Colorado sales tax. As the event organizers, we are required to collect your sales tax from you at the end of the event. We will provide the necessary form and remittance envelope.
Sales Tax breakdown:
Town of Parker : 3%.
Colorado Sales Tax: 4.0%.
County Sales Tax: 1% (remitted with state)
Total Sales Tax to collect: 8%
*If you hold a valid Town of Parker Sales Tax License and or a Colorado Sales Tax License and you will be submitting taxes on your own, all you need to do is check the appropriate box(es) on the sales tax form, sign and return to us.
Set-up: We are offering two booth sizes this year: 10’X10’ for $90, and 10’X6’ for $80. Both booth sizes will be available in our “commons” area, upstairs hall and Senior Hall. You must furnish your own extension cords, power strips, tables, and chairs. Electricity will be available for an additional fee of $15.00.
The public will be invited to attend from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Set up will start at 6:00 a.m. and all participants must be finished with clean up by 6 p.m. Legend Band students will be available to help unload and carry in the morning and to carry and load after the craft fair. Please do not start to break down your booth until 4 p.m.
To reserve your space, please complete and submit the online application. The date of submission will determine your priority as we assign booth spaces and accommodate requests for electricity. Returning vendors, you will receive priority booth assignment provided we have received your application AND payment by April 16, 2018. All applications received after April 16, 2018, are processed on a first come, first serve basis. We will not be accepting any payments by check after October 10, 2018.
*This is a fundraising event for the Legend High School Band Program. In the event of vendor cancellation, or weather-related cancellation, NO fees will be refunded and booth space will be available for rental by another vendor.

We will advertise as much as possible to make this a successful event.
