Your registration in the Instructional Tennis Weekend and accommodations are not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation. You should be contacted within 3 business days by a member of our team.

Deposit of $349 is due once you complete this form. Once you hit submit you will be taken to a secure third party website to enter your credit card information. Full payment is due at check out at the conclusion of the event. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, you will lose the full value of the event package.

See lodging confirmation for terms of cancellation. If sharing accommodations, unless a replacement is found any cancellations will change the package price for the remaining occupants. *
