Tuition Agreement

TUITION AGREEMENT

All payment options are based on a $3,899.00 (per student) tuition fee and do not reflect scholarships received. Book fees, pre-enrollment fee and enrollment fee are not included and are to be paid in full by set deadlines. Tuition Payments are due the 1st of every month; all accounts not paid by the 10th are considered delinquent. 2024/2025 Tuition must be paid in full on or before April 1st of the current school year.

Tuition, book fee ($275), pre-enrollment fee ($100) and enrollment fee ($100) can be paid by cash, check or credit card* payment. Cash or check payments may be dropped off to the CKCA office, credit card* payments can be made at the CKCA office or payments can be mailed to:

Please make checks payable to CKCA. You may call the office at (620) 792-3477 to make a credit card* payment over the phone, but in person credit card payments are preferred to avoid higher convenience fees.
*Please note a 3% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card payments.

New Policy in Effect as of the 2020-2021 Academic Year: Any student account over 30 days in arrears will be considered delinquent and the student will be unable to return, unless the account is made current. If by circumstance, payments are not able to be made according to selection chosen, please contact CKCA for further arrangements.

By signing and dating below I understand that this is a binding contract and agree to fulfill my obligation of payment (options below) for my child’s tuition for the school year of 2022-2025.

NEW STUDENTS - enrolling after the May 1st book fee & pre-enrollment fee deadline, will be required to pay all book fees, pre-enrollment fee, enrollment fee and August tuition at our August 1st CKCA Enrollment.

MID-YEAR TRANSFERS - will be required to pay all book fees, pre-enrollment fee, enrollment fee and current month tuition upon enrollment.

Elective Class Fees (Homeschool Participation) - Home-school students may participate in PE, Art,

Music, Band, Computer and Library programs. Home-school students must participate through out the year. The classes are graded and state attendance requirements apply. There is a fee of $135.00-$200 per student per semester for each class taken. (Library is FREE)
