Because they truly care about how you're doing and want their program to be as effective as possible, your treatment center or sober living house has asked us to follow up periodically with you for the first year after treatment. We will contact you three times in the next year -- at one month, six months and one year after you've left your treatment center -- and each time ask you to make time for a short (no more than five minute) interview.
Your confidentiality will be fully protected. Your individual results will not be shared with your treatment center or anyone else without your express permission. Only the combined results of interviews with everyone who received treatment at your center during a specific period of time will be reported.
