Workshop#1
The Art and Style of Interpersonal Communication: Graceful Self-Promotion
Session Objectives: At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills to leave a positive and memorable impression.
- Explore styles of interacting with others and within an organization to enhance one’s visibility and leadership presence.
- Learn and utilize tools for presenting one’s accomplishments with confidence and integrity.
Workshop#2
Utilizing Temperaments to Enhance Your Leadership Capabilities
Session Objectives: At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Discover one’s personal style; learn about other temperament styles.
- Understand how temperament affects work in groups and reactions to others.
- Demonstrate the value of diversity in teams and organizations.
- Utilize this strategic approach to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
