Girl Scouts of Northern California Reference Form Counselor In Training & Wrangler In Training

This individual has applied for the CIT (Counselor-in-Training) / WIT (Wrangler-in-Training) leadership program with Girl Scouts of Northern California at one of our summer camps. It is important that every camp member possess the highest respect and willingness to work with all children. Each CIT / WIT needs to exhibit a high level of maturity for a strenuous and primitive camp environment. Girl Scout camping is designed to provide an outdoor learning and fun experience for all girls in small living areas. We would appreciate your evaluation of this applicant's qualifications for the job.

WE MUST HAVE THIS FORM IN ORDER TO CONTINUE WITH THE APPLICATION PROCESS.

The purpose of camp is to provide a safe place where children can connect with positive role models, develop skills and self-respect, make new friends, and have fun. Our camp serve girls ages 5-17 in overnight and day camp programs.
