If your service unit is planning an event and would like the GSDSW Mobile Store to attend, please complete and submit the request below at least one month in advance for approval. This allows the stores adequate time to order items, if needed.

Submission of this request does not guarantee that the mobile store will be able to attend your event. You will receive a written confirmation or denial within five GSDSW business days.
