Compensation:
For each approved new or redesigned course developed and delivered, the faculty member(s) will be compensated at a rate of 3.5% of MA Step 0 per course at the end of the first term in which the course is delivered. The total compensation for one course will not exceed the above rate. The College retains all rights to the ownership of the course.

If someone else is collaborating on the development of the course, please specify who and how compensation will be split between faculty. (Each faculty member will need to submit their own individual request form.)
