Some data may be considered confidential; therefore, authorization may be required by your supervisor, Human Resources, or Student Services.

2. Table or screen where your information is located in CX (if known)
3. Calculations such as sums, averages, percentages
4. Data that requires grouping or sorting (examples: zip codes, last names, locations, academic years, or academic terms)
5. Any other selection criteria (examples: start and end dates, student classification, student gender)
6. Specify the purpose of your report (examples: grant, scholarship, survey). This allows us to determine if a report has already been requested and helps us avid duplication.
