Spoon River College is committed to the health and safety of our students and employees. Supporting and encouraging the vaccination of employees and students plays a crucial role in a safe environment. Vaccinated students help protect others and also help the world transition to a post-pandemic future.
Your commitment to your health and the health and safety of others is greatly appreciated. Fully vaccinated students who provide proof of vaccination are eligible to receive a $100 incentive. Students who are up to date with their vaccination by receiving their booster are also eligible to receive an additional $100. In order to receive the incentive, you must have both doses of Moderna or Pfizer or a single dose of Johnson & Johnson and provide proof of vaccination. If you previously received the $100 incentive for becoming fully vaccinated or booster you are not eligible for additional incentives.
Example- You will be compensated one time for being fully vaccinated and one time for the booster dose. For a total not to exceed $200.
If you need to submit information for being fully vaccinated and your booster you will need to complete the form twice. Once with information for being fully vaccinated and once for being boosted.
Eligibility: This Incentive is open only to Spoon River College degree-credit students enrolled in the Spring 2022 semester. Full- and part- time employees of Spoon River College are not eligible to participate in this incentive. Students who work at Spoon River College as interns, “student workers” or “work study” and who otherwise meet eligibility requirements are eligible to participate.
