Marketing Request Form

This information will be sent to the SRC marketing department and used to generate on-campus announcements and news media releases for SRC classes and events sponsored by Spoon River College.

Note: The marketing department does not promote events that are not sponsored by SRC.

For assistance with the items listed below, please redirect your request as noted:

Website edits, including having an event listed on the home page, contact Mitch Williams via a help desk ticket
Name tags – Business Office
ID pictures – LRC
Print shop – Please use the Print Shop Order Form unless this is a project that will be printed outside of the SRC Print Shop. If an outside vendor is needed, please contact Marketing in the initial stages of planning.

Please review your final proof carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure all information is correct. If your proof was approved with errors, Marketing will not be responsible for any reprints.

Marketing plans social media posts in advance. If you’re requesting a social media post, please provide a week’s notice so we can work your content into our plan.

Please attach any specific files or pictures you would like to be used:

You are responsible for sending your finished files to the print shop.

You are responsible for placing and subsequently removing your own tabletop displays. On the Canton Campus, the receptionists can assist with hanging and removing flyers.

You are responsible for requesting your own SRC student email message to be sent.

If a press release is requested, more info will likely be needed, and marketing will contact you.
