Award Description
The Shoshana S. Cardin Leadership Award is designed to recognize, honor and celebrate an outstanding Jewish lay leader whose work helps ensure the vitality and continuity of Conservative Judaism.
We are pleased to announce that there will be two award catagories, the first at $1,500 for a nominee in the age range 18 to 30; the second at $3,500, 31 and above.

Selection Criteria
Eligibility determination is based on the following criteria:
· How does the work of the nominee strengthen Conservative Judaism?
· How innovative is the work of the nominee?
· What is the impact or potential impact of the nominee's work beyond the institution or community where it was initially performed?
Jewish professionals operating in the scope of their job description are ineligible to be nominated but may complete a nomination form. Nominations cannot be made by family members.
