Mother's Day Order Form

Please use this form to order your Mother's Day Treats.

Orders will be closed at midnight, Tuesday, May 4th

Orders will be available for non-contact pickup. A list of choices are below. Additional times may be accomodated. Please text me at 970-614-5557 and we can work something out.

Payment is required for order confirmation. I accept Venmo, Apple Pay, and Credit Card.

Depending on your choice, I will text or email a confirmation and include my address for pickup. Orders are not complete and confirmed until payment is received.

PLEASE NOTE: All cookies are a tradional sugar cookie with a hint of lemon and royal icing. We do NOT have an allergen-free kitchen. Wheat, eggs and almond flour are in use. While all Hot Chocolate Bomb, Truffle and Macaron Shells are gluten free, some of the fillings may not be. Please text me and I can verify your choices are GF.

Choose a box of 6 ($12) or 12 ($22) You can also choose to add on any number of Oreos to another treat order for $3.00 a piece

All decorated with pretty sprinkles and a candy rose.

Each box comes with a mix of White, Milk, and Dark Chocolate and is wrapped with ribbon and a bow

Macaron's

Choose between a box of 6 with one each of 6 seasonal flavors ($12), or box of 12 with two each of 6 seasonal flavors ($22). Blueberry Cream Cheese, White Chocolate Raspberry, Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Hazelnut and Cookie Butter are our current seasonal flavors.

Treats are not made in an allergen free kitchen, although reasonable precautions are taken to avoid allergens, i.e. nuts, etc. Cookies contain wheat and eggs, many treats contain dairy, and nuts. Designs may vary slightly from pictured. *
