By checking this box you agree to the contract with policy and terms. You may make payments on your balance by personal check, credit/debit card or money order. Final payment should be made 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date. When making payments please indicate the Groom’s LAST NAME, the Bride’s FULL NAME, the DATE and TIME of your wedding. This information is necessary to properly credit your account.
Should it become necessary for whatever legitimate and/or unavoidable reason to cancel your wedding in whole or in part 50% of your total wedding cost is NON-REFUNDABLE . The remaining portion is refundable provided we are in receipt of a written notification of cancellation 30 days prior to your scheduled Wedding Date. If your Wedding is rescheduled within ONE (1) YEAR of the date of cancellation, we will gladly apply the retained amount to your new account, minus appropriate reschedule/cancellation fees. Please no outside photographers or cameras allowed on our property during ceremony or photo shoot without paying a $500 fee to bring your own photographer. Guests will be allowed to take photos during receptions and salon appointments ONLY.
All or any photos taken may be used for advertisment of any form, social media(ex.facebook.com) by our companies Angel's View Wedding Chapel L.L.C. and or Pigeon Forge Cabins and Resorts L.L.C. Suggestion would be to go to www.wedsafe.com and purchase wedding insurance if you feel the need for it.
