Bringing In Outside Photographer
We have beautiful mountain scenery: creeks, rivers, farmland, parks: Occasionally, we will have brides and grooms that will want offsite photo shoots, this entails the photographer to travel to Cades Cove, Farm Lands, Rivers and Streams, Trash the DRESS, or even Formal Sittings with Brides and Grooms This will include 5 hours of time and travel. We also do engagement photos if you are in the area (these can be put on unity candles/framed for signature mats/banners/slide show for receptions) These photos only will come with negative rights and editing.
Off Site Photo Shoot and or Formal Photo Shoot
Please let us know if you would like a DVD of your wedding. You also have the option of video added to your reception. In the chapel we have a 4 production videos running to capture different angles of your wedding. If you choose the outdoor location or reception hall it is a hand held high definition camera. These videos are edited with some wedding pictures included. This price includes your videographer.

Our Salon and Day Spa is located at our facility. It is here for Brides and their attendants, mothers and flower girls to be pampered before the wedding. Here you can get your updo, makeup applied, manicures, pedicures, and massages. Gentlemen can get their hair cut also. We do offer coloring and cuts if perferred.

The Reception Hall is right next to the chapel. In This box let us know some detail. How many adults and children under the age of 6. Reception Hall set up with be discussed with your coordinator. Pricing below is based on adults. We will make appropriate adjustments for children. Would you like upgrade on linens and specific colors. (Please specify amount of people in the squares so we have enough food) Example 35 people, 55 people, 65 people etc...
Reception #1 is the use of the reception hall for one hour. It includes tables and chairs, paper napkins, paper plates and nuts, mints and punch will be served. We set up and break down and clean up for you. **Please put amount of people attending this is required to have the correct amount of food and staff.**
Reception #2 Includes 1 hour in the reception hall: tables and chairs,table cloths, paper products, nuts, mints, punch, finger sandwiches, vegetable and fruit trays, chips and salsa, cheese and crackers, coffee and tea service. **Please put the proper amount of people attending this allows us to provide enough food and staff.** Include children 4 and up. The price includes set up and breakdown and clean up.
Reception 3 includes Reception hall for 2 hours with tables, chairs, chair covers, table cloths for black tie setup, linens, silver, plates; choice of two hot horderves along with nuts, mints, punch, finger sandwiches, vegetable and fruit trays, chips and salsa, cheese and crackers. This makes a nice display. Prices includes taxes and gratuity for servers. Set up, break down included.
Reception #4 includes 3 hours in reception hall: Tables, chairs, chair covers, sashes for black tie set up, linens, silverware, plates, glasses, full buffet with 2 meat choices, startch, 2 sides, salad and coffee and tea service. Gift Table will be set up and cake table at request. Nuts mints and punch will also be included. Please include the proper amount of people attending ages 4 and up. Specialty items for children can be ordered and price will be adjusted.
Reception #5 is a combination of reception 3 and 4 includes 3 hours in reception hall: Tables, chairs, chair covers, sashes for black tie set up, linens, silverware, plates, glasses, full buffet with 2 meat choices, startch, 2 sides, salad and coffee and tea service. Gift Table will be set up and cake table at request. If you are supplying your own champagne please let us know so we can provide ice buckets. Nuts mints and punch will also be included with some cold and heavy hordouvers. Please include the proper amount of people attending ages 4 and up. Specialty items for children can be ordered and price will be adjusted.
