REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVATION

To confirm your reservation, a $200 deposit is required. This deposit will be used as a security deposit while you are staying here and will be refunded to you after you have moved out and after an inspection of your apartment. The $200 deposit is refundable if you cancel with at least 7 days notice prior to your scheduled move-in date (if you are filling out this reservation form and there is already less than 7 days until your move-in date, the required cancellation notice is 24 hours prior to your move-in date). If this reservation is cancelled without the required notice, the $200 deposit is not refundable. You must arrive during our normal business hours (9 am - 4:30 pm) to sign the rental agreement, pay the rent and pick up the keys. We do allow after hour's arrivals Monday-Friday from 4:30 pm to 10 pm and Saturday-Sunday from 7 am to 10 pm for an extra fee of $75. For holidays or holiday weekends, this fee increases to $150. On arrival, the first month's rent and after hour's fee (if applicable) will be due by cash, check, money order, travelers checks or credit card (fee applies). Please keep in mind that any reservations sent after our normal business hours will not be received until the next business day and your move-in date will not be confirmed and scheduled until that time. For example, please do not send in a reservation request on a Friday evening and expect to move in the next day since we will not be aware of your request. Before reserving this apartment, please keep in mind that we do not allow smoking in the building or in the apartment. There is a designated smoking area outside in the courtyard only. We also only allow up to two people to live in each apartment. Please check the "I Agree" box below if you are in agreement with these terms. *
