By checking the box below, you certify that the information given above is true and understand that your lease agreement may be terminated if you have made any false statements in this application. You authorize The Baltimorean Apartments to verify any information provided in this application and to obtain a copy of your credit report in order to process this application. You also understand that completion of this application does not guarantee apartment availability. You must arrive during our normal business hours (9 am - 4:30 pm) to sign the rental agreement, pay the rent and pick up the keys. We do allow after hour's arrivals Monday-Friday from 4:30 pm to 10 pm and Saturday-Sunday from 7 am to 10 pm for an extra fee of $75. For holidays or holiday weekends, this fee increases to $150. A $100 deposit is required to reserve this apartment plus a $25 non-refundable application fee. The $100 deposit is refundable if you cancel with at least 7 days notice prior to your scheduled move-in date (if you are filling out this rental application and there is already less than 7 days until your move-in date, the required cancellation notice is 24 hours prior to your move-in date). If this reservation is cancelled without the required notice, the $100 deposit is not refundable. Upon arrival, the first month's rent and security deposit will be due (the $100 deposit will be deducted from this amount), which is payable by cash, check, money order, traveler's checks or credit card (fee applies). Before reserving this apartment, please keep in mind that we do not allow smoking in the building or in the apartment. There is a designated smoking area outside in the courtyard only. We also only allow up to two people to live in each apartment (studio/efficiency apartments only).
