If you are a central Illinois resident and need to rehome your pet, please complete this application. We will post your pet on our "owned pets" page leave it posted for one month, after which you must reapply to extend the listing.

This posting is a courtesy listing. Wish Bone Canine Rescue has no control over who contacts you and will not be involved in the selection or rehoming process. Individual interested in meeting your pet for adoption will receive your email and phone number.

It is important that you make other efforts to rehome your pet, such as listing on WJBC website, your local newspaper, posting in your veterinarian's office, etc.
