I understand that any Pangos 8 participant/team who does not abide by the rules, regulations and policies established by the Pangos 8 is subject to dismissal without reimbursement or recourse. I understand that each event participant is required to have their own medical and accident insurance. I also understand that Pangos 8 retains the rights to use for publicity and advertisement purposes, photographs of event participants.
