I understand that any Pangos Best of the West Showcase (PBOWSC) participant who does not abide by the rules, regulations and policies established by the (PBOWSC) is subject to dismissal without reimbursement or recourse and I hereby waive and release the (PBOWSC) from any and all liability for any injury or illness while participating in the camp. I hereby authorize the directors of (PBOWSC) to act according to their best judgement in any emergency if I cannot be contacted. I understand that each camp participant is required to have their own medical and accident insurance. I also understand that (PBOWSC) retains the rights to use for publicity and advertisement purposes, photographs of event participants.

Refund Policy: NO refunds will be provided unless inability to attend is based on injury or illness. Refund requests must be made in writing and will be entertained AFTER the scheduled event is over. However, we will provide future credits to future events for those that not meeting refund qualifications.

* REFUND POLICY *

Full refunds of registration fees will be allowed provided that:

a) Written notice (by e-mail) is provided to us at least 4 weeks prior to the 1st day of the event;
b) Any refunds issued will be subject to a $100 administrative fee;
c) In lieu of a refund, participants withdrawing from an event shall have the option of applying the credit toward a future Fullcourt Press/Pangos event.
