Welcome to the Wee Kids 2024 Summer Fun Camp registration form! Please follow the directions on the form to submit your application for the summer camp. Please note that there is a seperate, one time, Activity Fee that is charged in addition to your weekly tuition. The Activity Fee covers all expenses associated with your camper's field trips and In-House activities. You can choose the Field Trip program or the In-House only program. Once you have submitted this form you will receive a call from a Wee Kids representative to confirm your enrollment and collect the Activity Fee payment.
