If you are an MCLE provider, you may use this form to request a toolkit on Wellness in Law. The toolkit will include resources (PowerPoint, handouts, and script) to assist you in hosting your own MCLE program for your firm, bar association, or organization. If you are not an MCLE provider, you can also receive these resources but you will not be able to offer MCLE credit.

The State Bar is interested in training frequent MCLE speakers that are affiliated with local bar associations and other organizations to offer State Bar prepared MCLE programs at the local level. These trainers would present on topics that promote attorney best practices and ensure compliance with professional responsibility obligations.
