Booth fee is $500 per 10’ x 10’ space. Space is on grass.  There are no discounts for multiple booth spaces.  

Each Corporate Exhibitor 10’ x 10’ booth space will receive two (2) admission wristbands.  If you pay for two booths, you will receive four (4) wristbands– etc.  If you require more than two (2) admission wristbands for each booth, you must pay for the additional wristbands.  Fees must be included with this application.

Corporate Exhibitor Agreement (must be signed by each Vendor)

The Corporate Exhibitor hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Each Corporate Exhibitor must submit this completed, signed application with booth fees.
2. The Golden Chamber of Commerce (GCC) event staff will assign each Corporate Exhibitor a booth space. GCC will not provide water or any other utilities or tables, chairs, canopies or other amenities.
3. Corporate Exhibitors must conduct their business within the confines of their assigned space. No Corporate Exhibitor may leave their booth space to solicit or distribute information within the event. 
4. GCC reserves the right to restrict Corporate Exhibitors with respect to methods of operation and display materials if, for any reason a Corporate Exhibitor’s booth or its contents is deemed inappropriate. If this occurs, Corporate Exhibitor will be removed from the event.
5. GCC reserves the right to limit the number of Corporate Exhibitors providing similar type products or services.
6. GCC will be spot-checking Corporate Exhibitors to ensure that they are conducting business as it was presented in this application. Corporate Exhibitors may be asked to leave immediately if items for sale are not representative of the info provided in this application.
7. Acceptance at previous years’ events does not guarantee acceptance in this year’s event.
8. Golden Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for damage or loss of Exhibitor property. Exhibitors must have proper business insurance. 
9. Cancellation/Refund Policy: No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.  If the Corporate Exhibitor notifies GCC by Saturday, September 17, 2022 of cancellation, a refund (less $25 application fee) will be made.  If notice is given after September 17, 2022, no refund will be given.  If the event is canceled, no refunds will be made.
10. If the terms of this agreement are violated, the Corporate Exhibitor agrees that GCC may immediately revoke all of the rights of the Corporate Exhibitor, their agents and their employees to booth space without refund or financial remuneration.
11. Corporate Exhibitor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Greater Golden Chamber of Commerce any of their directors, officers, members, agents volunteers, exhibitors or the owners of any festival related property from and against any and all liabilities, costs, damages, expenses and attorney’s fee resulting from or attributable to any and all acts and/or omissions of exhibitors, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, exhibitors or the owners of any festival related property associated with Corporate Exhibitor's booth and the booth’s operations and agree to be part of no legal action of any kind against any of them.
12. Corporate Exhibitor represents that all information provided in this application is true and correct, that they have read and understand all policies and procedures outlined in this application. It is agreed that no other agreement shall be binding upon the parties unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of GCC.
