2024/2025 Coaching Application

Please complete and submit this form to be considered for a coaching position. Failure to do so will have an affect as to whether or not you will be considered for a coaching position for the 2024/2025 season. The MRYHA Board of Directors will be using these forms to make coaching selections for the upcoming 2024/2025 season.

Please note that in accordance with NH Amateur Hockey guidelines, all coaches, including assistants, must obtain the required level of certification and age specific module through the USA Hockey Coaching Education Program. The division you are coaching determines the level of certification required.

In addition, each coach will be required to comply with screening procedures of NHAHA and USA Hockey Safe Sports course prior to assuming any coaching duties with the Flames. Along with adhering with all MRYHA Bylaws & Policies.
