Interested in becoming a PVVFD Fire Explorer?

The PVVFD Explorer program is about helping young men and women in our communities (ages 13-17) determine if a career in the fire service is right for them. PVVFD Explorers will gain hands-on experience working with other members of their Explorer team under the mentorship of PVVFD firefighters/EMT's. Students can expect to meet 1-2 times per month at a designated PVVFD firehouse to gain practical, real-world experience to list on college/scholarship applications, cultivate leadership skills and make new friends.
