2019 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM October 16-19: Madison, Wisconsin

Sleeping rooms are reserved for our group at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel, the only hotel on Madison's Capitol Square in the heart of downtown Madison. Conference events will be held at the Park Hotel and tours will also depart from and return to this property. Our group room rate is $159.00 for a traditional room with one or two beds, $169 for a deluxe room with one or two beds and $239 for a suite.  Guaranteed parking for one vehicle for overnight guests is $15 per night, valet only.  Complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle.

Student conference scholarships are available to qualifying students.  Apply HERE by September 13th.

Three or four day packages & daily registration are available in four categories:  members, non-members, students and spouse/partners. LOOK TO THE GREEN DIVIDER BARS TO LOCATE THE APPROPRIATE REGISTRATION SECTION. 

REGISTER EARLY FOR A CHANCE TO WIN!  Register by September 6th to be eligible to win one of three $100 Visa gift cards. Winners will be selected randomly from all paid registrations received by the cut-off date. Prizes will be awarded during the Conference.

The IPPS-ER routinely makes a list of attendees available at our conferences. The list contains name, affiliation, city and state but not full mailing information. Many feel this is a valuable resource for reaching out to persons after the conference is over. STUDENT REGISTRATION:

The IPPS Eastern Region is committed to fostering students preparing for green industry careers.  To that end, conference scholarships are available to qualifying students.  Students may apply for a scholarship to attend for 1,2,3 or all 4 days of the event. The four day package includes all IPPS events Wednesday - Saturday: Pre-tour, lunch & welcome reception Wednesday; morning talks, lunch, afternoon tour Thursday; morning talks, lunch, afternoon tour and evening banquet and auction Friday & final talks on Saturday.  The conference ends at noon on Saturday.  

The three day package includes includes all IPPS events Thursday - Saturday: Morning talks, lunch, afternoon tour Thursday; morning talks, lunch, afternoon tour and evening banquet and auction Friday & final talks on Saturday.  The conference ends at noon on Saturday.
DAILY REGISTRATION: Daily registration is available for a maximum of TWO DAYS. IPPS members may make their selection(s) from the list below. (Non-members, students and spouses must scroll down to their appropriate registration section.)

PAYMENT

Our registrations are securely processed by PayPal.  YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Once your order form is submitted, click on the PayPal button where you can either log into your own PayPal account or scroll down and click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to pay without an account.  Most major credit/debit cards are accepted. 

If you do not want to pay online, click HERE for a registration form you can print off, fill out and fax or mail with your payment.  Only U.S. funds can be accepted.
