This HCC Student Handbook Acknowledgement form must be completed by all students at HCC, new or returning, in order to remain in good standing with Highland Community College.
A student who does not complete this form in the allotted time will have a hold placed on their student account.
A form will not be considered complete if it is submitted with inaccurate, incomplete, or missing information. Each student is responsible for completing their own form.
