All groups wishing to hold meetings, receptions, or special events in conjunction with the AAG 2022 Annual Meeting should complete this form and submit to the AAG. Following the submission deadline, the contact person listed below will be emailed by the AAG of the date, time, and location of the event. The AAG suggests reviewing the conference schedule prior to selecting your event date. Each group will be responsible for all fees for its event including food, beverage, labor, audio visual services, and decorations. Events will be held in one of two spaces; Hilton Midtown NYC or the Sheraton Times Square. The spaces are available from February 23rd, 2022 to March 1st, 2022, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
