2019 Annual Meeting

SPACE IS LIMITED. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. 
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: March 2, 2019
 
All groups wishing to hold meetings, receptions, or special events in conjunction with the AAG 2019 Annual Meeting should complete this form and submit to the AAG. Following the submission deadline, the contact person listed below will be emailed by the AAG of the date, time, and location of the event. The AAG suggests reviewing the conference schedule prior to selecting your event date. Each group will be responsible for all fees for its event including food, beverage, labor, audio visual services, and decorations. Group meeting will be held in one of two spaces; the Wardman Park Marriott and the Omni Shoreham. Space is available April 3, 8:00 am through April 7, 5:00 pm.

*Please note: in some instances, group events will be utilizing session rooms during off-hours. Those rooms will remain set theater-style for the entire conference. We will do our best to accommodate different room set needs.
