All groups wishing to hold virtual meetings, receptions, networking, or special events in conjunction with the AAG 2021 Annual Meeting should complete this form and submit to the AAG. Following the submission deadline, the contact person listed below will be emailed by the AAG of the date and time of the event. The AAG suggests reviewing the conference schedule prior to selecting your event date. All events will be assigned a Zoom link by the AAG.
