General Advertising Information: Copy Acceptance Aiken Center for the Arts reserves the right to reject or cancel advertising that they deem unacceptable, either because of objectionable material or art work of inferior quality. All advertisements are accepted and published by Aiken Center for the Arts upon the representation that the advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of Aiken Center for the Arts' acceptance of such advertisements for publication, the advertiser assumes liability for any claim based upon the contents or subjects matter of such advertisements, including, without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation or right of privacy, plagiarism, and copyright infringement.

Placement & Cancellations: Ad placement is on a first-come, first-served basis. No cancellations will be accepted after space deadlines. Advertising cancelled after the space deadline will be billed at 100%.

Mechanical Information & Additional Fees: Program format is 5.5" x 8.5", one color, black ink, and no bleeds. Ads should be camera-ready and supplied as digital files (PDF or eps). Ads requiring adjustments, revisions or building are subject to additional fees. Building ads starts at $50; additional fee for layout/copy revisions to previously or newly submitted ads start at $25 at discretion of graphic designer.

Tickets to the Show and Sale are $20 per person and are valid all 3 days of the Show.  
Presentations

Two fun and informative presentations will be held Friday and Saturday mornings at 9:30am.  Presentation tickets are $25 each day and include admission to the Show on the same day.
