AACP Implement Workshop Submission Form

The AACP Workshop Implement – Implementation Science for Transforming Pharmacy Practice and Education, to be held on February 18, 2023, will include dedicated time for participants to discuss and receive feedback on their own research projects and plans in small groups with other participants and expert facilitators. To prepare for the workshop, participants are encouraged to submit information about their projects in advance for review by facilitators. It’s understood that projects are under development and at varying stages of maturity, but please answer the following questions as best as you can. Forms must be submitted by January 18, 2023.
