Novel Pharmacy Careers Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in sharing your professional journey with the next generation of pharmacists!

The American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) is seeking to showcase practice opportunities beyond conventional community and institutional practice settings. Hopefully showcasing novel pharmacy practices will attract more individuals to the profession, and encourage current student pharmacists to explore and discover unique and emerging roles in the profession.

AACP will use the responses to this questionnaire to create a series of profiles of pharmacists in novel practice settings that will be featured in the association's media and marketing campaigns: Pharmacy Is Right for Me (Pharm4Me) and Pharmacists for Healthier Lives. You may also be invited to share your professional experiences via webcam for use on the AACP or Pharm4Me YouTube channel.

We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to promote your professional successes and share this form with other pharmacists in novel practice roles.
