AACP Pharm.D. Seats Form

Please arrange for one person at your institution to complete this short form regarding the number of Pharm.D. seats available and filled for the 2020 entering class for the first professional (P1) year. If your institution has multiple campuses or pathways, submit a single response for your institution, as currently recognized by ACPE. 
 
To better understand how the data will be used, please view the 2020 Pharm.D. Seats Survey Report in AACP Connect or contact us at cas@aacp.org. The 2021 report will be available by April and will only include aggregated seat data.

2020 Entering Class

Please enter the number of Pharm.D. seats available and filled for the 2020 entering class for the first professional (P1) year (or P3 year for 0-6/7 programs).
  • Enter a single number per box.
  • Do NOT enter a range of numbers or other text, such as "varies".
  • Enter "N/A", if data is unavailable.
Target and maximum seats are defined as follows:
  • Target: The estimated number of students who were expected to enroll in the P1 entering class, as budgeted by the dean's office.
  • Maximum: The largest number of students the school could have accommodated in the P1 entering class based on the available space and resources. The maximum number of seats available should be greater than or equal to the number of target seats, and (in most cases) the number of seats filled.
Seats filled should include all students who enrolled in the P1 entering class, including:
  • early assurance students who advanced to the first professional year,
  • students who repeated the first professional year, and
  • students who withdrew sometime after starting classes during the first professional year.
