Job Description - When completing the application, you will need to provide a job description for the position and duties for the internship, however if you are unable to upload the job description at this time, you can still sumbit the application and then email the job description to GROWInternProgram@alliancerm.org by January 31, 2023)
Matching Process - This process begins in February. I will request to set up a 30-minute matching call where we will discuss qualifications that you are looking for in an intern. As well as an opportunity for me to learn more about the job description and duties of the role. After the call I forward several resumes of interns that I believe would be a good fit.
Interviewing student interns - This process begins in March. Once you receive and review the resumes, you can move forward to scheduling interviews with the individual interns and stakeholders at your organization. The ARM Program Director is happy to be a part of the interview process if needed.
Final Selections - Once an intern has been identified to be placed at your organization during the 12-week summer internship period (June 5-August 18), ARM will send over a final contract and an invoice for the $8,000 program fee (this fee covers administrative cost, intern professional development, and travel for the interns to attend Meeting on the Mesa).
