During the advertising process we will begin getting everything in order for a tenant to move in. We need to verify that the house is prepared to pass any inspections or just be ready for a tenant to activate utilities.

After a lease is established a username and password for the property will be emailed to you. You will have access to statements and transactions online. If you own more than one property all properties will fall under one username.
