AGREEMENT FOR ACCOUNTING AND TAX SERVICES
I/we agree to have A&C Accounting And Tax Services assists accounting/write-up work, starting from the date signed, herein, on this agreement. Following are details of services from A&C Account-ing and Tax Services.

SERVICE OPTIONS:

Bookkeeping Online (Online Self-Service): With this service AC Accounting And Tax Services sets up and provide client, accessing accounting program on internet so I, as client can perform the monthly bookkeeping works and AC Accounting And Tax Services helps to show how to do it by providing information on website.

Service Fees: $26.00/$50.00 per month only (free sales tax & other programs for use). Insufficient fund for payment fee is $25.00 each time. Free customized setup for monthly clients. Monthly service fee applies each month with work or without work submission.

Any additional service or support client needs, contact (by email or efax only) for a quote of consultation fee if any work needs to be done. (Remember this is complete Self-Serve option. With long run and when you know how, you for sure save a lot of money on this accounting work. When you are used to it, it is easy processing your company's accounting work. No late fee applied and it is your fully responsible to get monthly work done and save your work, on your computer or print out. We attempt to save your files up to 5 years (service fee will apply) You can enter works any time as long as this service option available and offered. Monthly Cumulative Statement of Income and Expenses, Balance Sheets, and Bank Reconciliation will be processed and delivered on Internet or Faxed. Tax Forms Filing To Authorities included Sales Tax(monthly or quarterly), 1099s if clients provide data. Full Free Support (only by email and fax). The differences are you enter sales, checks, all other tax deductions, for your company. Please enter works as you go or right after the month ended. Staff will do bank reconciliations, sales tax and support. You simply store financial statements on your computer after processed as copy and print out sales tax to report each quarterly.

Turn around time: All clients' financial statements are available about 18 days for saving to your computer after submitting work. We attempt to save your files up to 5 previous years (service fee will apply if you need copies). Faster service can be available for additional fee.

Service fee: Your service fee will be saved by about 25%. Fee is subject to review each year for inflation. Monthly Service fee applies each month with work or with-out work submission.

Late fee: After a month ended Clients has 18 days to submit accounting work to void late fee. Submit work after the 18th of the month, $25.00 applied, 1 month after a month ended, $35.00 additional fee (one time fee for any month delayed and subject to acceptance).

Insufficient fund fee is $25.00. Please keep in mind quality, accurate works require time by early submission of work after a month ended.

After Statements are done, clients store on computer or print them out or request fax or email over if possible. As usual Client submit works each month, Right After The Month ended by fax or email for this option.

If works submitted 1 month after a month ended, $35.00 additional fee(one time fee for any month delayed and subject to acceptance by AC Acct. And Tax Services). Insufficient fund fee is $25.00 each time. Please keep in mind quality, accurate works require time. By early submission of work, after each month ended, clients ensure quality services. Consultation Services: We currently offer consultation services on Tax Saving and Monthly Bookkeeping Processing works. One of the reasons we offer services online only is we found ways to help you manage you business better, more efficient.

At our website you will see "Management Tips" where you will find information on how to achieve your goals a little better, updated few times a year. Contact for a quote of service fee.

Authorization of direct payments: using bookkeeping services, clients also agree to authorize this accounting firm to set up to direct-debit to client 's business checking account or credit card account for the amount of service fee agreed in advance by both companies. When necessary, information for setting up will be requested.

This agreement will be standing for one year and will be automatic renewed. All fees are subject to change each year and monthly service fee is not refundable, unless work not processed. Both companies can cancel any time with just one month notice. Clients are responsible to submit complete and accurate deductible business information for processing. Incident occurred prior to this agreement date or any month unpaid is not covered.
