College Eight Students ONLY: You must complete this registration form by Friday, May 16, 2008 to be included in the College Eight Commencement Program. Non-College Eight Students must contact the College Eight Programs Office prior to registration, 459-4279. Please go to the College Eight Website for FURTHER GRADUATION INFORMATION at http://eight.ucsc.edu/graduation.html Note: If you are a Non-College Eight Student a special fee will be required for you to particpate in the College Eight ceremony.
