This form is for indicating your wish, as a graduate of the School of Nursing in 2010, to participate ("walk") in the School of Nursing's 2010 convocation ceremony and registering the number of guests you would like to have attend, as well as other important information.
After submitting this form, you will receive a "pass" for your admittance to the Nursing convocation (your guests will NOT need tickets/passes). The "pass" will be placed in your student mailbox in April 2010. You must have this pass in your possession in order to participate in our convocation. You will also use this pass as your announcement card during the Nursing ceremony.
